It’s a friendly time at our B&B to prepare your day.
Breakfast is served between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in our dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather.
It is an opportunity to meet other guests, special moments of a bed and breakfast to share and exchange.
We will take the opportunity to propose you the beautiful walks and activities of the region, the markets as well as the festivities of the day.
Our breakfast is made up of mostly organic products:
Pure fruit juices, teas, herbal teas, coffee, chocolate, fruits, yoghurts, breads and jams are homemade.
Genevieve make original jams cooked in a copper pan such as “figs-vanilla”, “oranges-spice”, “chocolate-banana-salt flower”, “Apricot and Lavender”… and breads vary according to the mood of the day: breads with cereals, candied orange peels, garden fig, chocolate-cinnamon brioche…

The gourmet basket
It is served in the evening only by reservation (at least 48 hours in advance). You will take it in the garden or in the summer kitchen depending on the weather.
The gourmet basket is prepared with local products, from the market, from the garden for aromatics plants, and the bread is homemade. A quarter of the region’s wine is included per person.
We do not know in advance its composition but you will have a first dish, a dish (cold or hot), local cheese and a homemade dessert.

We offer you a summer kitchen if you want to prepare a light meal to take in the garden.
The summer kitchen is open between April and October and depending on the weather.
We have a fridge, a hotplate, a microwave, a sink and dishware (pans, cutlery, plates and dishes).
You will also find a kettle, a coffee maker and a selection of our organic plants to prepare an infusion.
We do not provide culinary ingredients (salt, sugar, oil, etc.).
It is possible for 2 to 3 people to eat indoors in case of rain.

We really enjoying meals in Ardèche! There are more than 20 restaurants in Les Vans, 5 km from the B&B, and around there are beautiful gourmet restaurants discoveries, country cafés, inns, renowned restaurants owners and even starred chiefs!!!
The gastronomy of Ardèche is farmer with the Crique, the Bombine, the Caillettes, the Chestnut in all its forms… and Mediterranean with olive oil, goat cheese, olives and tapenade, the small organic local rosé wine, vegetables and local fruits.
We are gourmet so we will share our favorites with you.
